Everyday

Children are expected to wear our school uniform.  In winter, it consists of grey trousers or skirts, with the pale blue polo shirt showing the school logo.  A navy blue school sweatshirt or cardigan, with the school logo, is worn over the top.  In summer, girls have the option of wearing blue check dresses, with boys generally opting for grey shorts.  Shoes should be black or navy, and appropriate for school (not trainers).  It is helpful if the children can fasten them themselves and buckles or Velcro fastenings are ideal. 

PE

Children should have their PE kit in school at all times in a named drawstring bag.  The kit consists of a white T-shirt, with the school logo, navy shorts and navy tracksuit bottoms.  Trainers are worn for indoor and outdoor PE lessons. 

School Bags

All children will need a school bag for their school reading books and letters.  However, children do not need to bring in pencils etc. as these will all be provided.

School items are available from both our PTFA uniform representatives.  Your child’s class teacher will be able to put you in contact with them.  Other items available include fleeces, waterproof jackets, tracksuit bottoms, PE shorts, sun caps and school book bags which all display the school logo.

Jewellery and Hair

For health and safety reasons long hair should be tied back at all times.  Hair ribbons and accessories should be in keeping with the school uniform colours. 

Children are not allowed to wear jewellery to school, except for small plain stud earrings.
