Keep up to date with all the latest news happening in school at the moment.
After comprehensively winning the local cluster schools quicksticks hockey we were put to the test by facing all the cluster winning schools in the North Cotswolds. We battled hard showing great determination and fought to the end of every match. After winning 4, drawing 1 and losing only 1 we finished 8th from 16 schools. An amazing effort from the team, it was a pleasure to watch. Well done, you did the school proud!
The St James and Ebrington annual KS1 dance competition was so much fun and attended by Domer House, Blockley and St Catharines. Each school created a group, duet and solo dance and had to face a panel of ruthless Y6 judges. After an amazing afternoon of dancing, ignoring the dodgy teacher dances, St Catharines were the victors with Dormer House finishing a close second. All dances from StJeb were created by our Y6 children who gave up countless break times to support our KS1, thank you Y6!
Congratulations to our LKS2 Gymnastics Team who finished 1st from 9 local schools at the Key Steps competition. After training hard all year our team of five girls and one boy showed off all their newly learnt talent and came back victorious! A big thanks to Mr Willis who has been so supportive of the schools development in gymnastics, we are learning so much from you and we couldn’t have done it without you!
